1st stop: New York
The adventure has started. On Tuesday morning, after finishing my thesis on Monday evening, packing during the entire night and trying to clean up my room, I took the train to the airport at 5am. My first stop: New York.
I couldn’t have a imagined a better start to my trip than this stop in New York. Even though it was only for 17 hours, I would have never wanted to miss the time I spent there. Catching up with my CC 2002 friend Majo was just great, as we hadn’t seen each other since we left Canada!
Some of the highlights:
-enjoying coffee in the spring sun and catching ,
-walk through the campus of Columbia University
-experiencing New York’s night life in Greenwich village with Rickesh and Majo
By the way, thank you again Rickesh for taking us to all these places, I will remember this fun night for a long time!

Can't say I'm not jealous, but there's a few destinations planned for 2007 from my side as well - and we have yet a few common destinations to go to in Asia, come May :-)
